3.1 Shipping: We aim to deliver your order within the timeframe indicated on our shipping page, though delays may occur due to peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

3.2 Delivery Errors: If an error occurs on our part—such as wrong, defective, or missing items—you must notify us within **5 days of receipt**. Exchanges are available for affected items.

3.3 No Mistake, No Refund Policy: If no error has occurred on our end, all sales are considered final. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for reasons other than those stated in Section 3.2.

4. Promotions and Discount Codes
Only one discount or promotional code may be used per order. Certain price-controlled items or brands may be excluded.

5. Return & Exchange Policy
