  1. How long does delivery take?
    Our standard delivery time is 3–5 working days.
    If you have an urgent order or special request, feel free to reach out to us via email, our contact form, or Chat with us at the bottom of the website — we’ll do our best to help!
  2. I didn’t receive a confirmation email after placing my order — what should I do?
    First, check your junk or spam folders — sometimes our emails take a detour.
    If you still can’t find your order confirmation, please contact us at mysnugglenest@gmail.com with your name, email address, and phone number, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
  3. How do I track my order?
    Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
    If you have any questions, drop us a message at mysnugglenest@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll respond within 1–2 business days.


  4. I made a mistake in my shipping address, can I fix it?
    Don’t worry, it happens! If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. We’ll do our best to help, as long as your order hasn’t started processing.

    If you've already received a shipping confirmation email, your order is on its way and we’re unable to make any changes at that point.

    To avoid issues, please double-check your shipping details at checkout especially when using phone wallets or autofill.

     

  5. I'm ordering for more than one person. Can I get my order wrapped in multiple gift boxes?
    By default, all orders are packed together in one Aurélia Gift Box for that beautiful unboxing moment.
    If you're shopping for multiple little ones and would like your items packed in separate gift boxes, just reach out to us after placing your order — we’ll do our best to make it happen for you.


  6. Can I create my own baby gift set online?
    Yes, you can and we love when you do! Head over to our Essentials section, where you can mix and match from our range of thoughtfully designed, modern baby essentials to create a gift that’s uniquely yours.

    We’ll carefully wrap everything in our Aurélia Gift Box so your love is felt from the moment it’s opened. Just don’t forget to add the gift box and message card to your cart before checking out!
