That said, if we’ve made a mistake on our end, we’re truly sorry. We care deeply about getting things right for you and your precious bundle. If something isn’t quite right, please send us a photo of the issue to mysnugglenest@gmail.com or drop us a message via WhatsApp within 5 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right with a replacement sent your way as quickly as possible.

Because our team begins working on your order shortly after it's placed (we’re just as excited as you are!), we’re unable to cancel or refund confirmed orders.
